Manufacturers often need to recycle old, broken or returned products or equipment. Rolling Hills can recycle your products or equipment into reusable resources.

Demanufacturing occurs near our receiving department. After your products and equipment are logged into our production system and scheduled, we process them through our conveyer line. As it goes through the conveyer line, we perform the steps needed to demanufacture your products and equipment to the specifications you need for your business.

Demanufacturing often includes:

• Determination of recyclable content
• Receipt and unpacking
• Asset serial tag recovery
• Disassembly
• Separation of components by material for recycling. (Steel, plastic, circuit boards, and other items)

The materials are efficiently demanufactured and then sent to approved recyclers to be converted.
