About Rolling Hills:

Rolling Hills Progress Center is an industrialized workshop for the developmentally disabled.  We function as a light manufacturing company emphasizing completing assembly and packaging contracts for the government as well as commercial industries.  For over 35 years we have taken great pride in never having a quality problem, always completing work on schedule and at a more than competitive price.

Company Principal:

Peter Hermes, Company CEO, has over 35 years of experience working with major industries and the Department of Defense, beginning with the production floor and working in every department from production to procurement to management.  During Pete’s tenure as CEO, Rolling Hills has been honored by the Commission of Accrediting Rehabilitation Facilities, by the Department of Human Services, by major industries throughout the Midwest and by the Department of Defense with rewards for the highest level of achievement and outstanding performance not only on completing contracts but also in regards to the services provided to the developmentally disabled individual as well as the physically disabled veterans that we serve.
